Return & Refunds Policy
- Cancellation period is 14 days after delivery.
- Refunds are made to the same form of payment.
- Damaged/defective /incorrect goods will be refunded, providing we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, and providing the carrier is notified at the point of delivery. Claims to be made by email, details on the webpage.
- Any returns, authorised by the company, will be at the company expense. We will organise the collection of the goods.
- Goods are supplied to UK addresses only, single orders by Post Office, multiples by carrier.
- Products returned after the 14 day cancellation period, will only be accepted by prior agreement with the company, and entirely at the company’s discretion.
- Goods can only be returned if they are damaged/defective or incorrect. No other reason will be accepted, unless by prior agreement from the company.
